A- Orders are processed within 3 working days.  Deliveries are up to 21 working days (in stock items for the UK are 5-7 working days)

A. As some of our products are imported, delivery can sometimes have delays due to the current Covid-19 situation and new customs rules since brexit

A- Your order will be updated with a tracking number once it’s been sent.  You should receive an email containing this.  Please check your junk folder on your emails

Tracking numbers do not always update straightaway… if you’re getting towards the end of delivery times and your tracking number is not working; please contact us.

A- Every country has its own set of regulations so please contact your local postal service or customs office to learn more about how your country handles taxes and duties. 

Bohemian Belle are not responsible for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any additional customs fees. 

In the event of a customer refusing to accept customs charges and the order subsequently returning to us, the customer will be refunded minus a 20% restocking and handling fee.
